“Black Panther” manufactures Piston/Gudgeon/Wrist pins in semi floating (interference fit) and full floating (often termed as Thumb push).

Raw Materials: The raw material used are virgin crack free fully tested steel grades of 15Cr3, 20MnCr5, 16MnCr5/16HG, SAE8620 or any other custom made Material.

Heat Treatment & Hardening Facilities: The Salt bath heat treatment for hardening and tempering to achieve required hardness and case hardening depth is done outside from Specialists.

Machine Shop Facilities: Pins are made on SPM’s, CNC machine to achieve finishing as well as close tolerances on Face & Bore, The outer diameter is maintained within 3 microns for taper, Ovality using center-less cylindrical grinding machine and super finishing machines. Length is made on duplex grinding machine

Quality Control & Inspection: Inspection is done using High end various measuring instruments including Roundness tester.

Range: Piston Pins/Wrist Pins are offered in various size up to Diameter of 75 mm & Length up to 200 mm
